Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.Β 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maclifters.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 10-business days to be processed once the item/s have been received at our warehouse. Upon approved inspections, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to MAC Lifter Kit within 7 days of receiving. All items must be returned in its original condition, unused, and as-new condition.

No returns on items bought at a discounted sale price.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer. Please ensure that a courier service with tracking capabilities is used, and that the tracking information is provided to us upon dispatch.

Liability for Lost or Stolen Shipments
MAC Lifter holds no liability for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, including instances of loss or theft after delivery. Upon request, MAC Lifter will supply the customer with relevant delivery confirmation details, including the delivery date, tracking number, and courier information, to assist in any further inquiry.
