Orders may face slight delays or added fees due to a new tariff effective August 29, 2025. Tariffs are calculated on the product price plus shipping fees. U.S. customers in particular should expect possible additional import charges.

Standard shipping (Australia Post): 9-12 days Express shipping US customers only (DHL Express): 3-5 days

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia. Orders received Mon–Fri are generally processed within 2–3 business days after full payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Orders must ship to a valid commercial or residential address. MAC Lifter Kit is not responsible for packages sent to mistyped or invalid addresses. MAC Lifter Kit is not liable for goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items may be handled at our discretion.

US customers: Track via DHL Express for express shipping or Australia Post for standard shipping

We offer two types of return policies (depending on the product type and sale conditions). Please review carefully: Standard return policy 7-day return policy: You have 7 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. Contact us at support@maclifters.co to request a return. Approved returns will receive instructions from us via e-mail. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Customers cover return shipping. Refunds Processing may take up to 10 business days after the item reaches our warehouse. Refunds issued to the original payment method upon inspection approval. No returns accepted for items purchased at a discounted sale price. 👉 Always check your product’s return eligibility before purchasing.

MAC Lifter Kit holds no liability for packages confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided. Upon request, we can supply delivery confirmation details (date, tracking number, courier information) to assist in further inquiries.
